I had booked a couple of rooms (214 & 215) this December for a 3-day family trip, and the experience truly justified the name “Pleasant Stay.” The hotel is located in a prime area near Kodaikanal Lake, making it easy to access nearby food spots, markets, and sightseeing places, saving a lot of travel time. The hospitality was impressive, with special thanks to the lady receptionist who attended us and the elderly watchman who greeted us every morning with a smile. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered a decent variety, with good taste and hot servings. Special appreciation to Mr. Rajesh Kumar S and Anderson for their gentle service and attentive care. The rooms were spacious enough for couples, reasonably priced, and well-equipped with amenities such as hot water and hair dryers—very useful in cold weather. A thoughtful safety check call after departure was a wonderful gesture.
