Excellent service from check-in to check-out, especially from Ms. Kala, Ms. Nithiya, and Mr. Nagarajan. I couldn’t get the name of the male staff member who worked in the restaurant on the evening of 5/11, but his service was excellent. All the female staff were friendly and hospitable. We visited from Malaysia, and this has been the best hotel experience so far. The team truly made us feel at home.
