I stayed at this hotel during the first week of October 2024, and the experience was truly excellent. The receptionist, Ms. Pushpam, guided me very well and was extremely responsive. Not just her—the entire service team was wonderful. At the restaurant, Mr. Gilson took great care of us, and the service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kodaikanal. A special mention to the buffet breakfast, which was absolutely delicious.
