It was a last-minute plan to stay at this hotel, and we were truly impressed by the warm hospitality. From Anand at the front desk to the security guard at the entrance, and from the restaurant staff—Vishnu, Elumalai, Gilson, and others—to the reception team, everyone was welcoming, humble, and kind. Sometimes, this level of genuine hospitality is missing even in five-star hotels, but this place was exceptional. God bless the entire team for making our stay memorable.
