We had a wonderful and pleasant stay in Kodaikanal with our family. My 6-year-old son, Sam, enjoyed the stay thoroughly and never felt bored. We booked two rooms, and the service staff member Nancy was very helpful and friendly with us. The morning breakfast was really good. One point to note is that cars are parked at a separate location, as there is no parking inside the hotel premises. The hotel provides drivers who assist with parking. Overall, it was a great experience.
