This hotel exceeded my expectations. The restaurant staff at Charcoal Grills—Supreena, Bharathi, and Shivam—were extremely courteous. Housekeeping staff Jey Kumar was prompt, and Kala G at reception was equally supportive.

The executive rooms are spacious enough for a family of four, and the bathrooms are impressively large—usually seen only in 5-star hotels. Overall, a highly recommended stay.
