I am a well-travelled individual, having visited over 10 countries for business, and I stayed at POPPYS Hotel, Madurai, for 12 days during a personal visit. It was an absolutely delightful experience. Every aspect of the property was excellent, from housekeeping and front office to the highly efficient security team. The hotel was pristine and spotlessly clean throughout. The only minor drawback was that the food quality was inconsistent on some days. That said, the dedication and attention to detail shown by the entire team were remarkable. I highly recommend this hotel and rate it 10/10.
