The rooms were nice, and the bathroom was clean. The hotel is within walking distance of Charring Cross, a major junction in Ooty, and also close to the Ooty Botanical Garden. One concern was that a room heater was not provided, which is essential in this cold location, so guests should carry suitable warm clothes. The food was tasty but slightly expensive.
