The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The food service and buffet system were very good. All the staff and chefs were friendly and helped us locate tourist places in Ooty. Overall, the hotel was excellent. The staff were always ready to provide food and beverages at any time. The room had a beautiful outside view, and the restaurant offered a peaceful dining experience.
