We stayed with our family on 28th November and selected this hotel based on reviews and pricing, without prior experience of staying in Ooty. The hotel met our expectations and maintained good standards, making it family friendly and comfortable. The morning breakfast was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of options and great taste. I wish we had tried dinner as well, but we missed it this time perhaps on our next visit. Overall, a pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
