We stayed from 21st–25th October and had a wonderful experience. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-furnished. Occasionally, there was a minor odor from the bathroom, but overall comfort was excellent. The food was homely and delicious with a wide breakfast buffet. Service was prompt and professional. Staff were polite and hospitable. The hotel is safe and conveniently located near the Botanical Gardens, Tibetan Market, and just 500 m from the Ooty Bus Stand.
