We had a truly wonderful stay in Ooty that made our vacation memorable. The hill-view rooms were excellent clean, neat, and well maintained. The staff, security, and management were all welcoming and polite. The hotel has basement parking, which may be slightly challenging due to the slope, but there is also a large open parking area at the back. One of the highlights of the stay was the in-house restaurant, which served delicious food delivered straight to the room, eliminating the need to go out in search of meals. Overall, a very good stay, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Ooty.
