We stayed here with our family for a weekend and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well managed, and the staff were wonderful. The front desk manager was extremely helpful and upgraded us to the best available suite. The support staff were considerate and went out of their way to assist us. The rooms were well maintained, though sound insulation could be improved as noise from neighbouring rooms was occasionally noticeable something light sleepers should keep in mind. The rooms were naturally cold, but extra linen and room heaters were available on request. Hot water was readily available, so care is needed when staying with children. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially when arriving early for a wider selection of Indian dishes. Overall, a great place to stay, with five stars especially for the staff and their excellent hospitality.
