We recently stayed at Vinayaga Hotel in Ooty and received incredible service. We were warmly welcomed and treated with great courtesy by the host and manager. I would highly recommend this hotel, as it is conveniently located near local markets and the tea and chocolate factories. We ordered room service, and the food was amazing.
