We booked a two-day stay here last week. Although we had reserved a ground-floor room due to a senior citizen accompanying us, we had not mentioned our preference during booking. Unfortunately, the ground-floor room in our category was occupied before our arrival. However, Mr. Ram was very cooperative and provided us with a higher-category ground-floor room at no extra cost.
